In my own perspective. It is clear that most people around the world have an ambition and desire about what to do in their life or have their own dream to pursue. A university student has an ambition to become a big business man, a clerk desires to be a high position officer, a mechanism wants to have his own big garage or some people needs to have wealth, some desire for fame and reputation. From my point of view: I want to be a person who can give a positive impact and can change my community to be a good place to learn International language and a better place to live. I realized that my home province required a quality human resources as the people to develop and improve English learning as soon as possible.

I am a countryside boy. Since my good childhood life in high school, I have been fascinated in learning English language which demonstrates my time management. After I finish school I managed to have English class as part time study in a small center in my home province. Furthermore, I worked hard to apply for a part time job that concerning with English on my day off school. I used to work with Houaphanh Tourism Company for 6 months. On the top of that, I used to be an English teacher for beginner and kid during my last year in high school.

It was a great way to learn English as well as generating some income for me and my family. And I could save some money to get ready for going to the university in Vientiane capital. I made up my mind to study at National University of Laos in majoring International relations in order to get to learn diplomatic, skills how to communicate with people and how to socially with people internal and international. During my four years at the University I also managed my time after school to teach the kid or beginner as an English tutor as well. Apart of that I still managed apply a free courses at American Embassy. Furthermore I tried to apply for short-term exchange program in order to learn new experience and also practice my English, I got a very special opportunity from Japanese government I was selected as a participant of JENESYS 2018 Exchange program.

I had a chance to go to Japan for a wonderful study tour trip in Tokyo and Ibaraki prefectures. That was my great time in japan and it inspired me to develop myself to be better. Also I got to learn variety of precious things and experienced in Japanese culture more than before. By the way, in the next year after the program. In my third year at the university. I had make up my mind to apply to work in Japanese embassy as an Internship student or assistant. And I did qualified to work in education, culture and scholarship department, I worked there for three months. It helps me a lot to gain new experiences and learn new things during my time as an internship student. The statement above are some of my milestone movements during my time in high school and university. And now I am officially graduated bachelor from the university.

I moved back my home province [Houaphanh province]. It is the time that I need to apply and take an action from what I have learn and accomplish my goal to become what I want to be. I am currently desire to do a small English center [approximately will be open in the early of January 2021] as I am the main teacher. My objectives are:  To be the place for inspiring kid and young people to learn English,  To provide the knowledge to the young generation and most importantly to provide English language to kid or even high school students so that they will be ready to and have a well-readiness to go to collect or university in the future. To sum up.

In my opinion, to develop the country and reduce poverty as well as pushing forward to out of least developing country. We should have a standard and good education and it has to start from a small step, start from a small group of people as a small community. This is a crucial step to accomplish a massive project. As I mentioned above everyone has their own goals and dream. That is a good thing. However, how many of them would keep his/her dream on the track and accomplish what they want to be. This is the most important thing as it is often said that: It is not all people will succeed in their life goal. But, the people who has the belief, never quit and keep doing what he believes he can do are likely to succeed in their life.

Consequently. I will keep a strongly effort, do the best as much as my ability. And in order to be the quality person to make a difference for the community I myself also need to improve and keep learning all the time, In the near future if I will do my best to apply for a scholarship to study in abroad for master degree especially in Japan in order to upgrade my knowledge and comeback to develop my hometown. I am truly confident if we can accomplish the beginning step it is not so difficult to accomplish the bigger step. If we would like to develop the country we must first develop from the small community.

自分なりの視点でのお話をします。 世界中のほとんどの人が、自分の人生で何をしたいかについての野心や願望を持っていたり、追求したい自分の夢を持っていたりすることは明らかです。大学生は大企業のビジネスパーソンになりたい、事務員は高い地位の役員になりたい、機械工は自分の大きな作業場を持ちたいと思っているでしょう。また、富を得たい、名声を得たい、という願望を持っている人もいます。私は、前向きな影響を与えることができ、地域社会を国際言語を学ぶのに適した場所、住みやすい場所に変えることができる人になりたいと思っています。私の故郷の県には、一刻も早く英語学習を発展させ、向上させるために、質の高い人材が必要であることに気が付きました。

私は田舎者です。高校時代の幼少期から英語学習に夢中になり、時間管理もできるようになりました。学校を卒業してからは、地元の小さなセンターで数時間、英語の授業を受けることができました。さらに、学校が休みの日に働けるように、英語に関するアルバイトに応募しました。旅行会社では半年間働きました。その上、高校最後の年には、初心者や子供向けの英語教師をしていました。英語を学ぶのに最適な方法であり、私と家族のために収入を得ることもできました。また、首都ビエンチャンの大学に進学するための資金を貯めることもできました。私はラオス国立大学で国際関係学を専攻することを決意しました。そこで、外交に関する知識や、人とのコミュニケーションの取り方、国内外を問わずに、人との社会活動をするための方法を学ぼうと思ったからです。大学での4年間は、放課後に英語の家庭教師として子供や初心者に英語を教えていました。それとは別に、アメリカ大使館の無料コースにも申し込むことができました。さらに、私は新しい経験を積むために、また自分の英語を練習するために、短期交換留学プログラムに応募しようとしました。そのような中、私は日本政府から非常に特別な機会を得ました……私はJENESYS 2018 交換留学プログラムの参加者として選ばれました。私は東京都と茨城県での素晴らしい研修旅行のために日本に行く機会を得ました。私は日本で素晴らしい時を過ごし、自分自身が成長するための刺激を得ました。また、様々な貴重なことを学ぶことができ、今まで以上に日本の文化に触れることができました。そして、このプログラムの次の年には 大学3年生になりました。私は、日本大使館でのインターンシップ生やアシスタントとして働くことを決意しました。そして、教育・文化・奨学金部門で働く資格を得て、3ヶ月間働きました。インターンシップ生として働いている間に、新しい経験をしたり、新しいことを学んだりすることができました。上記は私の高校・大学時代の節目の出来事の一部です。そして今、私は正式に大学を卒業しました。私は故郷の県[ホウアファン県]に戻ってきました。今は、私が学んだことを応用し、行動に移し、自分がなりたいものになるための目標を達成しなければならない時期です。私は現在、私がメインの教師として、小さな英語センターをやりたいと思っています（約2021年1月初旬に開校予定）。私の目標は 子供や若者の英語学習を促す場になること、若い世代に知識を提供すること、そして最も重要なこととして、子供や高校生に英語を学ぶ場を提供することで、彼らが将来、大学に行くための心理的・物理的な準備ができるようなサポートをすることです。

要約すると、私の考えでは、国を発展させ、貧困を減らすだけでなく、少なくとも発展途上国から脱却するためには、標準的で良い教育を受けるべきです。そして、それは小さな一歩から、小さなコミュニティとしての小さな集団から始めなければなりません。これは巨大なプロジェクトを達成するための重要なステップです。上にも書きましたが、誰もがそれぞれの目標や夢を持っています。それは良いことです。しかし、その中でどれだけの人が自分の夢を軌道に乗せて、なりたい自分を成し遂げることができるのでしょうか。これはよく言われることですが、一番大事なことです。全ての人が人生の目標に成功するわけではありません。しかし、信念を持ち、決して辞めず、自分ができると信じていることをやり続けている人は、人生で成功する可能性が高いのです。故に私は、努力し続け、自分の能力の範囲内でベストを尽くします。そして、地域社会に貢献できる人材になるためには、私自身も常に研鑽を積む必要があると考えています。 近い将来、自分の知識を高め、故郷の発展のために帰郷するため、特に日本で修士留学のための奨学金に応募できるように頑張りたいと思っています。最初の一歩を踏み出すことができれば、大きな一歩を踏み出すことはそれほど難しいことではないと確信しています。国を発展させたいのであれば、まずは小さなコミュニティから発展させなければなりません。
